Renesmee and Jacob
Chapter 1

I gasped and looked down at my feet. Did he just say he loved me? No that was impossible! He couldn’t love me! I’m half Vampire for god’s sake, and he was a werewolf. We are sworn enemies.
   “You … you … what did you just say?” I asked felling dizzy.
He put his hand back in mine and took a deep breath.
   “I said I love you. I love you with all of my heart and my soul. I’ve loved you since I first saw you with your brownish red hair and chocolate brown eyes. I don’t even care that you are half Vampire.” He murmured.
   I showed him that I was speechless and that I couldn’t answer him.
   “You are the love of my life. My true love. I will never love anyone but you.” He carried on.
   I turned to face him and looked him in the eyes to see if he was making fun of me. But there was not a trace of humour in his black eyes. He was serious!
   “I don’t know what to say. I didn’t think that your secret would be anything like this.” I paused looking for the right words. “You know how I feel about you Jacob. You’re like my brother you have been since I was born. You are everything that I have been looking for when I step back and look at you. With your strong arms, you’re leadership, your black eyes and hair, but Jacob I need time. I don’t trust you yet, but … I do love you. Maybe in time I will see you the way you see me … but as I said I need time.”
   He nodded.
   “I can wait for you. I’ve been waiting for you to be fully grown for seven years I think I can wait a little longer.” He chuckled.
  I smiled at him but deep in thought.
He pursed his lips and leaned towards me. I was to lost in thought to stop him but he leaned forward closed his eyes and let his lips brush softly on mine.
   I found myself leaning in towards the kiss wanting it to last longer. My arms wound their way around his neck and my hands twined into his hair. Our lips moving in time with each other. He opened my lips slightly and I tugged on his bottom lip gently with my teeth.
  He gasped and pulled me closer. Our kiss changed became more needy and desperate.
  I pulled away and laid my head on his shoulder. We were both gasping for breath.
  His hand played with my hair holding me to his chest. We waited for our breath to settle down and then I pulled back to look him in the eyes. His eyes were shining bright.
   “You don’t know how long I have waited for that.” He panted pleased with himself.
  I laughed and stood up. He took my hand and we walked to the house always peeking at each other. Whenever our eyes met we burst into laughter.
  When we walked through the door laughing, my mommy and daddy were glaring at Jacob. But my mom laughed at his guilty expression and walked up to him and hugged him. From the corner of my eye I saw daddy smile and my moms nose wrinkle up at the smell of Jacob. (His scent was repulsive to her because she was a vampire.)  I walked over to my daddy and hugged him, he stood there and stroked my hair. I showed him a image of the kiss and he stiffened. I then showed him that I was confused and I needed his help. I didn’t really have to show him any of this because he can read minds, but it was a habit.
  “We’ll talk about it at home tonight when Jacob can’t hear.” I hugged him tighter and then walked to one of the computers to e-mail my best friend and tell all the dishy details of the kiss giggling to myself and getting self-conscious of having daddy in the room and of Jacob standing behind me and laughing at the words I chose to use.
